She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, focusing on people development in large companies. She currently resides in Dubai and is responsible for Into the Future in the United Arab Emirates and Europe. |  Monica NoronhaFounder BRAZIL AND USA Graduated in Psychology and Postgraduate in Psychoanalytic Theory, both from the Pontifical Catholic University - São Paulo. With 30 years of experience in Human Resources in National and Multinational companies; Worked with leadership development, attraction and selection of students for talent programs both in Brazil and abroad. Responsible for Into the Future in Brazil and the USA. |  Alexia FerreiraCo-Founder DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Alexia Ferreira has recently graduated high-school in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai where she completed the IB diploma. With a goal to become a doctor, she is preparing to start university, where she will decide if she wants to study in the United States or in the United Kingdom. In her spare time, she focuses on doing voluntary work such as teaching English to Brazilian adults and also activities which fulfil her interest in medicine. |

 Rafaella GravelynCo-Founder MICHIGAN, USA She holds a Bachelor of Science with a focus on behavior analysis from Northern Michigan University. Studied in Germany and the United States during high school. During the university she did an internship at a health clinic in the USA. She currently resides in the state of Michigan, works at Into the Future and is preparing to enter a master's degree in Psychology. |
